Paul,

It appears there is an issue with licensingUtility.GetApplicationRegistrationUrl() when there are multiple Applications configured.  The URL that is constructed grabs the ApplicationID of the first app regardless of which app the license was issued for.  Perhaps this is happening for us because the GUID is the same for both Applications.  Can you please confirm this behavior and whether or not you consider this a bug?  We would like to keep the GUID the same between the two Applications configured in Licence Master because we have some "special" licenses that we need to be Indefinite, "normal" licenses are not Indefinite (thus the need for two Applications in Licence Master).

By the way, this is for Licence Master 02.01.00.

Thank you,

David

Hi David,

As I understand it, you have one application / module but have defined it as two different modules in LM so that you can issue both definite and indefinite licences for it. This scenario is currently not supported. The application Guid is used to identify the application in LM and will always get the first one as you correctly say. Please note that using this configuration may cause upgrade issues in future and is not recommended.

Bummer!  That creates quite the pickle!  ;-)  Thanks for the response though.  Please consider creating a way to handle this in the future.  It would be very helpful to us.

David
