Hi Dan,

From this error log, it looks as though Licence Master is saying that it's licence is invalid. Have you generated a licence for a client application, but installed it in Licence Master by mistake? The Licence Key field in the Licence Master settings page should contain the key you were issued by Dotcom.

If this is not the case, please can you list the steps needed to reproduce the problem, so I can understand the scenario better.

Hi Paul,

We've definitely used the correct licence key for Dotcom App as it's working happily in all areas and does not display any licence warning messages. We've added 1 application (standard Licence) and this works fine in terms of issuing and checking client app licences. We can also edit this application successfully.
When we attempt to add another application we get this error. The steps involved are:
1. From the main Licence manager module we click Manage Applications
2. We see the existing application and click on the “Add Application” link – this is when we see the error on screen in place of where the module should be, but shown twice.
Hope that helps.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for the extra information. This looks to me like a problem that was fixed in Licence Master v1.0.7. What version are you working with? Is it a "localhost" installation?

Please download the latest version of Licence Master (v1.0.10) from and let me know if that solves the problem.

Hi Paul,

We were on 1.0.9 and have just installed 1.0.10 but still get the error message.
