 Hi Paul,

We using v1.2.1 of LM. We have a customer who tried to transfer their licence to a new domain, the licence appears to have updated via the Admin module but the transfer page which appears when the user clicks the confirmation link is displaying a critical error message and this gets logged:

InnerException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

FileName:

FileLineNumber: 0

FileColumnNumber: 0

Method: Dotcom.Modules.LicenceMaster.Business.Licence.a

StackTrace:

Message: DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Dotcom.Modules.LicenceMaster.Business.Licence.a(Int32 A_0, String A_1, String A_2) at Dotcom.Modules.LicenceMaster.Verify.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.Util.CalliHelper.EventArgFunctionCaller(IntPtr fp, Object o, Object t, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I can supply the domains off forum is that helps.

Regards
Dan

Can you give me any more information about this, please? It would be useful to know the url of the link that they are clicking (presumably in an email). Have you tried reproducing the problem using the same error. Does it still occur?
